Creating a driveway through a wet area for a future house site.

The house site and access from the road is still yet to be completed.

Before: Clearing the vegetation, few trees and stumps had to be dug out.

Starting the earthworks: Had to remove all topsoil and soft dirt before the hardfill was used as part of the track. Kept removing soft soil and replacing it with hardfill.

Had to dig 2m down to find a hard base before filling it with hardfil.

After all the soft dirt Is dug out, hardfill is moved in and slowly building the track up.

The end result: The track is built up to a suitable level, and gravel is put over top.

2 culverts are installed and a spillway is created in case of a flood or big weather event.
